Concepts: Know all 6 levels. Be able to exemplify concept levels (i.e. Vehicle, Chemical, Animal). Be able to do the same for Prototype (which is a type of concept, but is not one of the aforementioned 6.)

Heuristics and biases: No them, all types and be able to compare them. Define how they are different from an algorythm.
